We do not have a gift card application for your orders. You can request a gift card from the Customer Service counters for your purchases at IKEA stores.

Within the scope of the measures we have taken due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the minimum order amount for online shopping has been determined as TRY 500 in order to protect the health of our employees and to continue to provide you uninterrupted service by maintaining our operational efficiency.

There are a number of detailed search options available on our web site. If you like to see alternatives within a given product group, you can click “All Products” to see the product groups and secondary functions. On the other hand, if you are looking for a specific product, you can write the name of the product, its function or the 8 character-long Article Number to find the product quickly.

You can use “Add to Basket” button to order products.

You can shop online without being an IKEA Family member.

You can check the stock availability for the products you like, using the “Check Stock Availability” section on the home page of our website, by article number, or check out the Store Stock Status section on product pages.

If the product you searched is not available in stock at the store, you’ll see an ‘Inform me when it's in stock’ link. Use that link to register your e-mail address and an e-mail will be sent to you when the product arrives in stock.

The final step of your purchase provides information about the current stock status of the products in your basket. However, due to  the technical problems your order may contain out-of-stock products. In such cases our Customer Service Representative will contact you shortly. You can choose another product to replace the out-of-stock one, or cancel that part of the order. The refund will be made to the credit card you used for the payment.

IKEA Family Points are valid for purchases you make in IKEA stores. They can not be redeemed for online purchases.

You can use your IKEA Business membership for your online purchases.

For purchases made with your IKEA Family membership, you can have an invoice issued in the name of your IKEA Family membership or in the name of the company.

By signing up you can enjoy a simpler and quicker online shopping experience. You can track your orders from your profile page, add them once again to the basket, create, save, e-mail and print favorite lists. Also you can get e-mails on updates and promotions at IKEA.
