Before planning your new kitchen the integrity of measurements is crucial. If you prefer, our experienced IKEA team can visit your home and provide you the measurement service.

Store Delivery Service

If your car is not big enough and you would like your purchases to be delivered to your address, we can assist you.

The Urban Delivery Service for purchases made through our stores is provided by Borusan Logistics for Istanbul and Ankara stores and the Adana Order and Delivery Point, and by LTI Logistics for Bursa, Antalya, and Izmir stores as well as the Bodrum Order and Delivery Point. The Intercity Delivery Service for all stores is provided by Borusan Logistics.
 
Urban Delivery Service

Regions Near the Store (up to 70 km)
The delivery fee is calculated as 7% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 500.

Regions far from the Store (70 km and above)
The delivery fee is calculated as 8% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 500.

Intercity Delivery Service

Up to 150 km The delivery fee is calculated as 10% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 750.
Between 150-500 km The delivery fee is calculated as 12% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 900.
Over 500 km The delivery fee is calculated as 15% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 1,125.

Special Urban Delivery Service for Sofas and Couches

Regions Near the Store (up to 70 km)
The delivery fee is 7% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 500.
For value products priced at TRY 25,000 or above, the fee is fixed at TRY 1,750.

Regions far from the Store (70 km and above)
The delivery fee is 8% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 500.
For value products priced at TRY 25,000 or above, the fee is fixed at TRY 2,000.

IKEA's professional furniture assembly team can assemble the furniture you purchased at your home.

You can add the assembly service to your shopping list along with the products at the sales counters in our stores and pay for your products and the assembly service in a single transaction at the checkout. Additionally, you can obtain this service later for any desired product via www.ikea.com.tr using your original IKEA invoice, your product, or your IKEA invoice number, or directly at the transport and assembly counter located after the checkouts.
