IKEA Adana Order and Pick Up Point is located at M1 Shopping Mall in Yenimahalle Seyhan.

When coming from Adana city center:

Take D400 highway(Turhan Cemal Beriker Ave.) to Mersin for 6.1km then proceed 4.1km to north from Öğretmenler Avenue (first exit on the right). Turn left on the 2nd junction, and after 500m you  will see IKEA Adana Order and Pick Up Point at M1 Adana Shopping Mall on the left.

When coming from Mersin:

Take D400 highway(Turhan Cemal Beriker Ave.) to Adana, after you pass the wholesale market hall, take Öğretmenler Avenue exit on the right. Turn left on the 2nd junction, and after 500m you  will see IKEA Adana Order and Pick Up Point at M1 Adana Shopping Mall on the left.

When coming from Yeni Adana-Turgut Özal Avenue direction:

Turn left on Dr. Sadık Ahmet Avenue to reach Öğretmenler Avenue. Turn left on the 2nd junction, and after 500m you will see IKEA Adana Order and Pick Up Point at M1 Adana Shopping Mall on the left.

IKEA Bodrum Order and Pick Up Point is on Atatürk Boulevard on Konacık district.

When coming from Bodrum center:

Get on Turgutreis / Yalıkavak direction, make a u turn from the Bitez crossroad, then after proceeding 1,6km, on your right, just on the main road, you will be able to seethe Order and Pick Up Point in the Avenue Shopping Mall.

When coming from Turgutreis/Ortakent:

Pass the Bitez crossroad 1,6km, then you can see the Order and Pick Up Point in the Avenue Shopping Mall on your right, on the main road.

IKEA Adana Order and Pick up Point is open everyday between 10:00-22:00.

IKEA Bodrum Order and Pick up Point is open everyday between 10:00-20:00.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase at IKEA, regardless of the reason, all you need to do for a refund or exchange is to bring the product(s) back within 30 days of purchase, in its original packaging (packed), and with the sales receipt or sales voucher or e-archive invoice. If the product is not in its original package or is assembled, the refund amount will be loaded into the gift card, only for use at IKEA stores. The terms of use can be found at the backside of the gift card.

In the case of invoices issued for corporate customers, the return or exchange can be processed only with the return invoice issued by the corporate.

Return Policy for Mattresses*

Try your new mattress at home for 90 days. If you are not satisfied, you can return to have it replaced with another mattress. When you finally find the mattress of your dreams, you can sleep like a baby in comfort of a 25 year guarantee.

Returns are not accepted for appliances, pre-cut fabrics, plants, plastic bags, products purchased at the Bargain Corner, and products cut/designed with reference to your order, such as kitchen counters.

Products purchased at Order and Pick up Point are delivered within a few days.

Products purchased at IKEA Adana Order and Pick up Point are delivered from IKEA Ankara Store.

Products purchased at IKEA Bodrum Order and Pick up Point are delivered from IKEA İzmir Store.

You can use the IKEA Family card or IKEA Business card for purchases at Order and Pick up Point. Furthermore, if you aren’t a card, you can also apply.
