IKEA Family Points can be used only by the IKEA Family member upon presentation of the IKEA Family barcode and a valid ID. You may easily get your IKEA Family barcode by logging in to your IKEA Family account via IKEA mobile application or IKEA.com.tr website and redeem your IKEA Family Points right away.

IKEA Family Points are valid for purchases you make in IKEA stores. They can not be redeemed for online purchases.

Your IKEA Family membership is only valid for furniture and home accessory purchases made from IKEA stores in Turkey and online.

For purchases made with your IKEA Family membership, you can have an invoice issued in the name of your IKEA Family membership or in the name of the company.

You can shop online without being an IKEA Family member.

You can manage your electronic message (SMS, e-mail, call) preferences after logging in to your account with your mobile phone number belonging to your IKEA Family membership.
