Store Delivery Service

The Urban Delivery Service for purchases made through our stores is provided by Borusan Logistics for Istanbul and Ankara stores and the Adana Order and Delivery Point, and by LTI Logistics for Bursa, Antalya, and Izmir stores as well as the Bodrum Order and Delivery Point. The Intercity Delivery Service for all stores is provided by Borusan Logistics.

Regions Near the Store (up to 70 km)
The delivery fee is calculated as 7% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 500.

Regions far from the Store (70 km and above)
The delivery fee is calculated as 8% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 500.

Intercity Delivery Service

Up to 150 km The delivery fee is calculated as 10% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 750.
Between 150-500 km the delivery fee is calculated as 12% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 900.
Over 500 km The delivery fee is calculated as 15% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 1,125.

Special Urban Delivery Service for Sofas and Couches

Regions Near the Store (up to 70 km)
The delivery fee is 7% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 500.
For value products priced at TRY 25,000 or above, the fee is fixed at TRY 1,750.

Regions far from the Store (70 km and above)
The delivery fee is 8% of the total product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 500.
For value products priced at TRY 25,000 or above, the fee is fixed at TRY 2,000.

The special delivery service fees for sofas and couches are not applicable for the Adana and Bodrum Order and Delivery Points.

Order and Delivery Points Delivery Service

Urban Delivery Service

The delivery fee is calculated as 10% of the product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 750.

Intercity Delivery Service

The delivery fee is calculated as 12% of the product value.
The minimum delivery fee is TRY 900.

Service Details

-The delivery service is provided based on the current and actual selling price of the product.

-For glass items and mirrors, delivery service is provided only when the packaging fee is paid and they are transported without warranty for intercity deliveries.

-Products purchased from the Bargain Corner are transported by charging a packaging fee and without warranty.

-Delivery service is not available for small, fragile, live plants, and similar delicate items.

-Intercity deliveries for furniture and accessories are provided as cargo service with delivery to the customer's address.

Order Tracking

-For city delivery service, IKEA provides delivery time slot information via SMS or phone call one day before the delivery date.

-For intercity delivery service, when the products are handed over to the courier company, IKEA provides the tracking number. You can track your shipment on the relevant courier company's website using the tracking number.

Important Information

You should count and inspect your products upon delivery. In case of any missing items, you should ask the delivery personnel to note it on the delivery receipt. Additionally, if you notice any abnormal conditions such as damage, dents, tears, or wetness on the exterior appearance of the product packages, you should not accept the corresponding products and ask the delivery personnel to note the situation on the delivery receipt. Any later notifications of missing or damaged deliveries that are not stated on the delivery receipt may be subject to examination and potential rejection.

Delivery Service For Online Store

We provide delivery service for your online orders by our logistics companies Yurtiçi Kargo, Arvato Lojistik, Borusan Lojistik or Horoz Kargo due to the weight of the products and the destination city.

The logistics provider delivers your order together with the consignment note to the flat door at the address you specified. In case you miss the delivery date, the delivery staff will leave you a note with directions to pick up your delivery at the nearest delivery company's office. If you do not collect your delivery from the delivery company's office within three days, it will be returned to us.

For deliveries to rural areas where the logistics providers do not offer home delivery services, your order will be delivered to the delivery company's nearest office. You will be informed by the delivery company that your delivery has arrived for you to pick it up. In this case, the delivery should be collected from the delivery company's office. Deliveries to islands in Turkey are subject to applicable restrictions of the logistics providers.

The delivery company may provide home delivery or phone notice services, on the basis of the delivery size. You can track your order with your tracking number that is sent to you via SMS after dispatching the order.

The minimum order price for online shopping is TRY 500. The delivery fee is TRY 199 for orders up to TRY 1.500, TRY 329 for orders up to TRY 3.000, TRY 439 for orders up to TRY 4.000 and TRY 549 for orders up to TRY 5.000. For purchases over TRY 5.000 it is 11% of the total price of the products you buy.

Important Notice

It is of utmost importance that you examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage, crush, tears, missing or incorrect pieces.

In case you notice anything out of ordinary, please do not take the delivery and ask the delivery staff to take a written record and dial 444 4 532 or contact us using the "Contact Us" form. In case of you received incomplete/damaged or faulty products and did not claim to the delivery staff at the moment of the delivery, your request for refund or replacements may be denied upon the review of IKEA.
