Gift Voucher Campaign Terms for Cookware and Tableware Products

• Within the scope of the campaign, in all IKEA Stores (‘Stores’), for each physical purchase of TRY 1.000 and multiples of TRY 1.000 including VAT in one time and one receipt/invoice with IKEA Family for cookware and tableware products specified with the campaign label, a gift voucher of TRY 250 will be given with the following conditions of use. (For example, customers will be given 1 gift voucher of TRY 250 in case of a purchase of TRY 1.000 and 2 gift vouchers of TRY 250 in case of a purchase of TRY 2.500). Gift vouchers cannot be earned by combining receipts/invoices.

• The campaign will be valid for purchases of cookware and tableware products specified with the campaign label.

• The campaign will be valid between 21.02.2025 and 01.04.2025.

• Gift vouchers earned within the scope of the campaign can be used for physical purchases to be made from the Stores until 30.04.2025 at the latest. As of the expiry date of the gift voucher for whatever reason; all vouchers and the balances in them will be deleted, cancelled, and not reactivated.

• Gift vouchers will be valid one day after voucher is received. It will not be possible to use the gift voucher in the same shopping and on the same day.

• IKEA Family members can benefit from the campaign.

- Real persons who are IKEA Family members can benefit from the campaign and the receipt will be issued on behalf of real/legal persons who are IKEA Family members.

- Gift voucher vesting cannot be calculated on the shopping amounts made with IKEA business gift vouchers.

- In the case of the IKEA Family / IKEA Business Card members who are found to have made a commercial purchase with the purpose of selling to the third parties, even if they have obtained the conditions of the campaign and / or received the voucher, the vouchers earned for the purchases found to have been made for this purpose as a result of the examinations to be made will be cancelled unilaterally by MAPA Mobilya ve Aksesuar A.Ş. (‘MAPA Mobilya’) without any permission and notification.

• The voucher cannot be earned and used for online purchases, at Swedish Food Market, restaurant, picking, delivery and assembly desks.

• Gift vouchers are irredeemable, and cannot be transferred, sold to third parties, or exchanged against debts.

• Gift vouchers are issued individually and cannot be used by anyone else.

• Mapa Mobilya does not assume any liability and will not offer replacements in the event that the gift voucher is lost. The customer assumes full liability regarding the safekeeping and use of the gift voucher before the campaign ends.

• Together with the receipt, the gift voucher with the barcode number on it, will be automatically printed by the cashier from the cash register and given to the customer. Gift vouchers that are not received at the time of purchase cannot be received on another day.

• The gift voucher can be used in different purchases.

• The vouchers earned in the campaign cannot be combined and spent together with any other campaigns.

• The gift voucher must be presented to the cashier before the cashier starts scanning the products.

• Customers who earn a gift voucher will be required to pay the outstanding amount on purchases exceeding the value of the gift voucher. If the gift voucher amount to be used by the gift voucher holder is more than the shopping amount, MAPA Mobilya will not refund the gift voucher holder for the unused part of the gift voucher. The unused portion can be used until the end of the campaign validity period.

• If the customer chooses to return the products purchased during the campaign’s timeframe, the customer will also have to return the gift voucher issued within the framework of the campaign. If the gift voucher is not/cannot be returned by the customer, a figure equal to the value of the gift voucher that should have been returned will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

• MAPA Mobilya ve Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş. reserves the right to disallow or cancel the gift voucher even if it is delivered to the customer, in case of determining that the gift voucher does not comply with the campaign terms.
