To exercise the right of withdrawal when you are not satisfied with the order for any reason, you will be required to report your request in written form or verbally through customer services, within 14 days following the delivery date of the products. The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the product(s) were not denied the right of withdrawal as per Law No. 6502 on Protection of Consumers, and the product has not been used or damaged in a way to prevent resale. If the request for withdrawal is approved, the products will be collected by our contracted delivery company. We will cover the delivery fee for the return of the product(s). Alternatively, you can also return the product(s) to your local IKEA store, or can send them to us using a delivery company of your choice, at your cost. Return invoices are legally required in the case of invoices issued to businesses. Returns are processed within 14 days following the return of the product(s) and the invoice, and refunds are issued in the same payment method as the original payment. Under normal circumstances, the refund will show up in your account within 2-5 work days; subject to variation in accordance with your bank's procedures.
