I consent to the processing of personal data within the scope of the Disclosure Text For Membership, including the customization, recommendation, provision, and promotion of products and services based on my needs and shopping habits; planning and execution of processes to establish and enhance loyalty to products or services; conducting customer satisfaction activities; and providing opportunities, as well as transferring the data to IKEA's service providers, business partners, subsidiaries, and, upon request, to public authorities, relevant business partners, and individuals, for the purposes mentioned above.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. By filling and signing the IKEA FAMILY card (Card) application form, it shall be deemed that all terms and conditions of the Card are accepted. Each member of the IKEA Family Card must be 18 years of age or older to become a cardholder and benefit from the IKEA Family Card’s features.
2. This Card is not subject to the “Regulation regarding Bank Cards and Credit Cards” and it is only valid in IKEA stores located in Turkey.
3. Card holder certifies the accuracy of the information provided herein. Card application shall not be considered that the application is accepted.
4. MAPA Mobilya ve Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş. (“MAPA”) can cancel the IKEA Family Card, combine it with other programs, decide to terminate the program and/or transfer it to third parties, in anytime and without having to show any reason and/or pay compensation.
5. This Card shall be valid for the furniture and home accessory purchases to be made at physical IKEA stores, which located in Turkey and operated by MAPA. Advantages of this Card are not available in the following sections of the stores located both in Turkey and abroad: Bargain Corner (Fırsat Köşesi), restaurant products, distance (online) shopping, sewing services, home delivery and assembly services, and purchases made through gift cards.
6. This Card can only be used by the real person to whom the IKEA Family Card membership belongs, it cannot be transferred to anyone else and invoices can be issued on behalf of the person to whom the IKEA Family Card membership belongs. It is not possible to request an invoice to be issued on behalf of the commercial title using this, Card.
7. Discount offers shall only be limited with the stocks of IKEA - Turkey stores. Such offers cannot be combined with other offers and/or special offers which are valid at the same time. Card offers and points scheme may temporarily be suspended or amended during special discount and offer periods.
8. If MAPA determines any abuse or irregularity in the Card’s usage conditions, Card holder’s advantages arising from the usage of the Card shall be suspended and Card holder’s rights and privileges shall be terminated. Under these circumstances, MAPA may cancel the Card.
9. The barcode attached to the Card must be submitted to IKEA staff at payment and product change/return desks in each use. In addition to that, ID card of the Card holder must be submitted to IKEA staff in case identity confirmation is required and/or the payment is made through Card points.
10. In case a purchase made with the Card is returned, points earned through that purchase will be deducted from the point balance in proportion to the amount of the returned purchase.
11. Card holder can log into his account on the IKEA application and IKEA website to view his card as a digital barcode, receive it via SMS, and continue using it.
12. Points earned through the use of this card shall be valid until the store closing time at the last day of every year. MAPA shall be entitled to cancel all points which are not used by the stated time.
13. MAPA may suspend, cancel, and change the general procedures and conditions of IKEA Family Card Program through phone, e-mail, text messaging or any other means of communication, without providing any reason.
14. In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 (the “Law”), personal data relating to you shall be processed by Mapa Mobilya ve Aksesuar Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi (“IKEA” or “Company”) as the data controller, within the scope of Disclosure Text For Membership Regarding the Processing of Personal Data. The personal data collected during the membership process, such as name, surname, email address, address, and phone number, must be processed to complete and manage the membership procedures. However, your personal data, such as your date of birth, can be processed optional if you provide it to us. The collected personal data may be processed to track your shopping habits and customize product and service recommendations, presentations, and promotions according to your needs (profiling).As data subjects, you are entitled to the following rights under Article 11 of the Law; to learn whether data relating to you are being processed, to request further information if personal data relating to you have been processed, to learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether data are being processed in compliance with such purpose, to learn the third-party recipients to whom the data are disclosed within the country or abroad, to request rectification of the processed personal data which is incomplete or inaccurate and request such process to be notified to third persons to whom personal data is transferred, to object to negative consequences about you that are concluded as a result of analysis of the processed personal data by solely automatic means, to demand compensation for the damages you have suffered as a result of an unlawful processing operation. I consent to the processing of my personal data by Mapa Mobilya ve Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş. (“Company”) for the purpose of performing direct or indirect marketing activities, advertisements, promotions, campaigns and similar general and special campaigns, advantages, product, service promotions, advertisements, market research surveys and other customer satisfaction applications, such as SMS, mobile application, instant notification, e-mail, automatic machines calling, telephoning, bluetooth, beacon wireless networks, social media and commercial electronic messages by all kinds of electronic communication means and for this purpose and I accept the sharing of my personal data with third parties from whom the Company receives service.

In order to ensure customer satisfaction maintained by Mapa Mobilya ve Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş., I give permission for my personal data such as name, surname, contact information, IP address, customer ID information to be transferred to Company’s business partners such as PersonaClick and Insider, whose servers are located abroad, for survey sharing, commercial electronic message sending, and creation of personalized campaigns.
